A positive reminder that technology can help us adjust to this new ‘normal’ – during the first week of lock down Iken on-line training made a huge difference to Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council: “Due to the Covid-19 working restrictions we were initially concerned that our on-site Iken training would be cancelled. However, at short notice we switched to the Iken on-line training option. Our team were swiftly able to log onto the session and receive first class training allowing them to effectively use Iken and maintain our project time scales ahead of the new financial year. For those colleagues needing additional support it was great that the Iken trainers could access their screens remotely and give them individual tuition.
