The Iken Support Team will be attending SDI20, the Service Desk Institute event which will bring together a record number of IT service professionals from over twenty countries and from every industry imaginable.

We are particularly excited as the Iken Support Team are finalists for the Best Service Desk Customer Experience 2020 Award.  To get this far, against tough competition is testament to the customer centric support values held across the Iken team and summarised in The Iken Support Commitment.
