One of the leading UK experts in the practical application of case-centric working, and the software systems to support this, Andrew - a co-founder of Iken in 1992 - has over 40 years experience in the IT industry, most recently in the uses of software to enhance professional productivity. Following his degree and Phd in Economics, Andrew undertook a variety of roles, from software development, project management and implementation services through to strategic IT consultancy. Before Iken, he was a Director of MVM Consulting Group, helping pioneer a form of electronic commerce to speed up property conveyancing.

He has successfully developed and managed the implementation of many products and bespoke public services applications covering topics including local land charges, planning, and electoral registration.
