Hillingdon Council’s Success with Iken Cloud

In response to the rise of hybrid working and the need for modern, joined-up working practices, Hillingdon sought a new legal case management system that could meet the demands of today and tomorrow. Moving from a traditional on-premise setup, the Council adopted Iken Cloud, a secure, browser-based legal case management system tailored for in-house public sector legal teams.
